FPi 2000 Folding and Inserting MachineThe new FPi2000 range of table-top mail folding and inserting machines offers you ease of operation and reliability. The FPi2000 folding and inserting system can fold documents of various sizes to fit into C6, DL & C5 envelopes.

The FPi2000 range of folding & inserting machines lend themselves to a variety of applications – from daily mail to multi-part mailings. Small formats, pre-folded materials, reply cards or return envelopes can be inserted with documents quickly and easily.

When one of the FPi2000 folding and inserting machines feeder empties, the other feeder starts automatically, enabling the first to be refilled without pause.

Each automatic document feeder can be set to feed several sheets per envelope. Feed, fold and insert up to three sheets per job, or up to five sheets when using OMR.

FPi2000 folding and inserting machine options

• The FPi2015 folding and inserting machine is equipped with one automatic A4 document feeder that feeds various materials. With a second automatic insertion feeder for enclosures (for example letter, flyer plus reply vehicle: up to A5).

• The FPi2020 folding and inserting machine is equipped with two automatic A4 document feeders which feed various materials as well as envelope shaped enclosures (brochures, flyers, reply cards or envelopes).

• The FPi2025 folding and inserting machine is equipped with two automatic A4 document feeders plus an enclosure feeder for assembling multi-part mailings –for example letter, flyer plus reply cards/envelopes up to A5. Automatic optical mark recognition (OMR) option available.
