FPi 5500 Folding and Inserting MachineThe all new FPi5500 folding and inserting machine range comes straight to the point of automated letter inserting: simplest operation, reliable letter handling and a high degree of flexibility.

The FPi5500 folding and inserting machines process mail at 4,500 letters per hour in C6, DL, and C5 envelopes, with up to 10 pages per envelope with or without inserts.

 

The FPi5520 folding and inserting machine has two document feeders with the "S" version providing one mechanical separation feeder for thicker items.

 

The FPi5540 folding and inserting machine has four document feeders with the "S" version providing two mechanical separation feeders.

The FPi5560 folding and inserting machine has six document feeders with the "S" version providing two mechanical separation feeders.

The FPi5500 folding and inserting machine flex versions are available where the standard and special feeders are tailored to customer’s specific requirements.

The FPi5500 folding and inserting machine's automatic envelope adjustment facility allows reliable processing of various envelope types.

The FPi5500 range of folding and inserting machines offer some additional features;
