We aim to provide the best possible service to all our customers no matter what size.

We know how important the need for your machine to be operational is and therefore we have a nationwide service support providing on site service. (Subject to machine supplied and terms and conditions).

Franking machines include delivery, installation, training, licensing, 12 free re-credits (if paid by direct debit), rate chip changes for scales and first year’s maintenance.

Folding and Inserting machines include delivery, installation, training and first year’s maintenance.

All other machines supplied include delivery and first year’s warranty.

As a company we can offer tailored service contracts to meet your specific requirements.
